Portfolio Tracker With Dividend Insights

Keep every brokerage account, cash balance and dividend stock in one view. DivTracker tracks cost basis, gains and allocation alongside the dividend income each portfolio produces.

Track Multiple Portfolios Side by Side

Most investors don't keep everything in one account. A taxable brokerage account, a retirement account and a partner's portfolio all need different views. DivTracker lets you create as many portfolios as you need on the Pro and Ultimate plans, switch between them in a click, or see them combined.

Inside each portfolio, group holdings by asset type or by sector to see where your money and your dividend income are really concentrated. A portfolio that looks diversified by ticker can turn out to be half financials once it is grouped.

Cost Basis, Gains and Portfolio Performance

For every holding, DivTracker keeps the numbers you need to judge how it is doing:

  • Shares, average cost and cost basis, from your transactions or brokerage.
  • Current price and market value, with prices delayed by about 15 minutes.
  • Total and daily unrealized profit and loss for each position.
  • Annual dividend, dividend income, current yield and yield on cost, so you can see which positions pay you the most relative to what you paid.

At the portfolio level, a historical chart tracks your portfolio value over time and the overview lists your top gainers and losers. A projection chart estimates how the portfolio and its dividend income could grow based on your own assumptions.

Import Holdings From Your Brokerage

On the Ultimate plan you can link US brokerage accounts through Plaid or SnapTrade. DivTracker imports your positions and keeps them in sync, refreshing every 24 to 72 hours depending on the brokerage. The connection is read-only: DivTracker can't place trades or move money.

Manual portfolios work on every plan. Add a holding with its share count and average cost, or record buy, sell and dividend transactions for a full history. Your holdings can be exported to a CSV file whenever you want a copy for a spreadsheet or your tax records.

Cash, Currencies and More Than Stocks

A portfolio is more than its stock positions. Add cash balances in their own currency, let DivTracker grow them at an annual percentage yield if they earn interest, and record margin borrowing as a negative balance so your net value is accurate.

DivTracker tracks stocks and ETFs listed on US exchanges, the London Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. Pick the display currency you think in, such as USD, EUR or GBP, and every total is converted for you.

Research Every Holding

Open any stock or ETF to see its dividend history, upcoming dividends, earnings, latest news and key statistics such as P/E ratio, yield and payout ratio. It's the context you need before adding to a position or trimming one.
